FAQ’s
What is Studio One11’s turn around time?
Typically we will deliver the service being provided 2 weeks from the initial deposit.
I only want samples, do I also need to purchase patterns?
We cannot make samples unless you have provided a pattern or we have created one specifically for you. If you send us a sketch or reference garment to work off of, you must purchase a pattern in order to have a sample made.
What are your shipping terms?
All invoices must be paid 100% before any items are shipped. All shipping costs will be covered by the reciever.
What are your payment terms?
Any orders below $500 must be paid in full at the time the order is placed. Orders above $500 will require a 50% down payment to get started and the remaining balance to be paid upon completion, on delivery of the finished product.
How can I send you my materials?
All materials can be shipped to our studio. We will return any unused materials with your order.
I am interested in working with Studio One11, how can I get started?
The first step is to decide which services you want or need. Next, send us an email at contact@studione11.com with your inquiry and sketches and we will review all the given information. After finalizing the cost and turn-around time for your order, an invoice will be sent. Once the deposit is settled we will begin the work agreed upon.
How does sourcing materials work?
There are two methods to this process. The first is for the client to source their own materials and ship them to our studio. We can recommend fabric, trimming and hardware online and brick and mortar stores. This is the safest option to ensure the client purchases the materials they want.
The second option is for Studio One11 to source the materials for the client, at either a retail or wholesale level depending on needs discussed.
I want to get screen-printing or embroidery on my pieces, is this possible?
Yes, we can but please note, they will be outsourced and these factories sometimes require minimum order quantities. We will do our best to accommodate or find a solution that works accordingly.
